Description
As part of efforts to optimize the water cycle in industrial settings, a process water treatment plant has been designed and commissioned.
This facility uses a physical-chemical water treatment process to effectively remove particles, oils, fats, and other pollutants from industrial processes. The station is fully automated, ensuring real-time regulation of treatment parameters, continuous monitoring, and complete performance traceability. The treated water is reused directly in the cutting machines, significantly reducing fresh water consumption while maintaining a high level of process quality.
Special pumping stations have been set up to ensure reliable water transfer to the plant, guaranteeing a continuous and controlled supply.
This solution is fully in line with the principles of the circular economy, industrial performance, and compliance with environmental standards.
Details of the project
- 1x complete unit comprising aeration, dosing, physical-chemical treatment, pumping, and pressurization processes + an automation and control process unit
- Results: 86% savings in water consumption, reduced downtime and maintenance costs
