Water de-oiling
Oilskimmer
Why use an oilskimmer?
Tube skimming is a simple and effective method for the continuous removal of oils, greases, and hydrocarbons floating on the surface of water.
A closed-loop tube, made of an oleophilic material, rotates continuously in contact with the liquid surface. The fats adhere to this tube, which is then scraped to extract the collected pollutants. The oil collected is stored, while the cleaned tube returns to the water for a new skimming cycle.
This system is self-contained and requires little maintenance.

Benefits of this solution

Operating autonomy
Oilskimmers operate autonomously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with very little maintenance required. They operate without chemicals.

Robustness and reliability
They have a lifespan of approximately 30 years and are resistant to floating debris and compatible with all types of water.

Adaptable to your processes
There are several models of oil skimmers and several possible mounting solutions: frames, arms, cantilevers, etc.
